This course focuses on leadership etiquette—the attitudes, behaviors, and boundaries that reflect Christlike character in every interaction. You’ll learn how to:
- Lead with Humility and Honor
- Cultivate a servant-hearted approach that respects others and points them to Jesus.
- Communicate with Clarity and Grace
- Handle difficult conversations, facilitate discussion, and guide your group with confidence and compassion.
- Model Spiritual Maturity
- Set an example in speech, conduct, love, faith, and purity (1 Timothy 4:12).
- Uphold Healthy Boundaries
- Maintain trust, confidentiality, and emotional health within your group.
- Foster Unity and Accountability
- Create a safe space for spiritual growth while holding group members—and yourself—to God’s standards.
